Nuestra protagonista es una chica sencilla, que no busca llamar la atención, sólo llevar una vida normal, intentando hacer amistades y ayudar a los demás sin esperar nada a cambio. Pero los prejuicios sobre ella se ponen como barrera, hecho más que frecuente en nuestra infancia y adolescencia. Salvando este primer obstáculo, podremos ver evolucionar los sentimientos de Sawako hacia las personas que la rodean, siendo una evolución pausada, lenta pero intensa, hermosa, que le aportan un plus de naturalidad. Por todo ello, puede ser (si no lo es) el mejor shojo actual.<br /></p><h4>La autora</h4> Este manga ha sido realizada por <b>Karuho Shiina</b>. Tras su primera obra, <i>Crazy for you</i>, desarrolló <i>Llegando a ti</i> a partir de una historia autoconclusiva. Y la idea le salió bien, pues <i>Llegando a ti</i> ha ganado este año el 32º <b>premio Kodansha</b> dentro de la categoría de mejor manga shojo. Además, la salida de los tomos de esta serie se sitúan en los primeros puestos de los mangas más vendidos en Japón.<br /><br /><h4>Resumen</h4> <i>Llegando a ti</i> se ha convertido en un éxito dentro del género shojo gracias a la simpatía de sus personajes y el ritmo pausado pero progresivo de su narrativa. Evitando caer en el tópico de un amor rápidamente correspondido, veremos como poco a poco Sawako irá superando las barreras que le han sido impuestas con la ayuda de sus amigos, y especialmente de Kazehaya, por el que se irá sintiendo poco a poco atraída, manteniéndonos en el vilo por saber cuando dará el paso definitivo.
